Vulcanus Coal Liquefaction for a Nilaus-style substation grid
Features: * Scales in X & Y * Leaves space for roboports * 5 repeated slices will consume a green belt (assuming no modules other than efficiency) * Keeps small internal reserve of heavy & light oil But keep in mind: * Reasonably balanced, but not perfectly. A little bottlenecked in light-to-petrol, but that just means you can tap off a bit for rocket fuel & lube. * Not self-bootstrapping. Needs a little bit of heavy oil from simple coal liquefaction to get started. Slices will bootstrap their neighbors though. * Made for Vulcanus, using steam as input (from acid neutralization). Probably not ideal for Vanilla/Nauvis.
