I did not create this! -but I really love this design and did not want it to get lost in the depths of Reddit. Full credit goes to: This is an intermediate, compact starter base contained in a 63x61 Tiles Square. Builds in two stages: - Stage 1 - Builds all the very basic things, and makes red and green Science - Stage 2 - Most basic items (pre-oil) automated. Red, Green and Military Science (Roboports can be added later) I use this almost every game and begin deployment after an initial bootstrap setup has done some research, and created enough belts, inserters and assemblers to begin building the first Stage.
