Allows you to request items that will be delivered via cargo rocket. In order to optimize the number of rocket launches, the rocket will only launch if the cargo is full or all of the following conditions are met: - All requested items must be at least 80% satisfied. - The requesting station must be almost out of an item (less than 20%). - The rocket will only attempt to launch every 2 minutes. To request items, set the constant combinators on the Request transmitter.
