Late Game Beaconized Oil Processing

I did not make this, source - Beaconed 10-21-3 Almost perfect ration. This is intended for max Petroleum production for Plastic for Advanced Circuits and Low density structure. Not for Solid fuel. I still didn't launch my first rocket so I don't know how much Light Oil you need for Rocket Fuel, Maybe build one more of this without Cracking? :) Every Beacon has 2xSpeed Module3 and Refineries and Chem plants have 2 and 4 Productivity Module3. I don't understand fluid dynamics very much. But I'm having trouble feeding and pumping out this beast. In the picture. Intake is on top side. Crude-Crude-Water from left to right (underground pipes). Feeding it from my Crude Oil reserves from both left and right. If I pump it in just from one side Crude can't make it to 6th-10th Refinery, even with small pump You can see two underground pipes on right hand side in the middle, Both are for Petroleum Gas. My 16 (2*8) Petro Tanks are there. If First 2 Tanks are 1.7k/2.4k full and last 2 are 1.2k/2.k full this blocks up the two Petro pipes and last 3-4 refineries and 6-9 Chem Plants can't pump out their Petroleum. Too much Petro Gas :) I recommend putting outtake pipes one on the left side and one on the right side. That way petro pipes will stay open for more petro. Here is the math. Speed 5.875(+370%) +20% Productivity 21 Chem Plants 2/5*1.2*5.875*21 = 59.22 Petroleum Gas Out Total Out 75.24+59.22 = **134.46 Petroleum Gas Out per second** This setup takes 114 Crude Oil and produces 134.46 Petroleum Gas per second (8067 per minute) with very little waste.
