Production blueprints for lane balancer mod. The mod adds a, basically, 1 lane splitter. Includes 2 designs, 1 is stand alone, the 2nd is designed to attach to the side of Katherine's Early Belt design. The 2nd version has lower throughput, but you don't need many of these so it doesn't really matter much.
