Inline 16 Belt Universal Lane Balancer using (unpowered) circuit control to synchronize release across all lanes by holding back non-balanced inputs. All input lanes and output lanes balanced up to full capacity! The system is doubled up to ensure the circuit holdup doesn't cause a throughput limit under more extreme loading. Having a full second 16:16 balancer and lane distributor may not be necessary so the design can likely be made smaller with enough testing.
