Compact and Beaconable Self-balancing Astreiod Reporcessing

This is an extremely simple asteroid reprocessing block. It can take up to a full belt of asteroid chunks and balance itself to provide a decent balance of the 3 different asteroids. I kept the circuit conditions to a minimum but you can go even lower by hooking the inserters instead of the crushers and set each crusher's recipe individually. This is my first submission here so I hope you like it.
