Coal Liquefaction for Solid Fuel (no modules)

Consumes a little under a blue belt of coal (2400/min for liquefaction plus 108/min for boilers). Produces just under a red belt of solid fuel (1770/min). Add one or more barrels of heavy oil to the assembler to get it working!
