220/s petroleum from coal on vulcanus

Input 15.3 coal/s to both the top and bottom belts (30.6/s total). Produces ~220 petroleum/s. Requires a small amount of heavy oil to start (second pipe from top/bottom). Needs 0.64 calcite/s (middle west underground; can be a requester chest). Supply 640 sulfuric acid/s to the pipe below that underground. Works only on Vulcanus due to the steam/water process, so change it if needed.
