Tileable 200x200-unit city blocks that are outlined in hazard concrete and contain radar, roboports, and power. Book also has blueprints allowing 1-4 RHD trains to be run in between city blocks; each block can have up to 6 LTN-equipped (provider / requester for one type of solids / liquids) train stations, which enter in the middle of one edge of the block. Also has landfill blueprints.
