Ore optimised to achieve 19.79 blue belts (train limits). Utilising overflow, can achieve 20.76 blue belts of plates. Slight issue with compression, causes plates to run at 19.994 blue belts only, due to stack inserter mis-timing. Balancing is only minor issue - causes uneven buffer (1/3 chests) to build when stacks back, but no throughput losses. Trains should be maximum throughput possible (or at least extremely close) - and are the limiting factor for ore throughput.
