100 SPM Minibase v2

This is a Full Base on a 100x100 Grid and it will produce 100 Science per min Fixed and updated version of the Zazuno's 100 SPM 100x100 Minibase, Changes: 1. Fixed structures for vanilla 0.17 2. Fixed Rocket silo and inserters 3. Fixed inserter for an edge steel smelter 4. Removed broken circuits networks except belt circle for labs 5. Added chests for steel and red circuits because purple science is very unstable (this issue is not fixed totally) 6. Removed speaker, indicator and other trash 7. Labs are set to 120 SPM with full upgrades 8. Some inserters are changed to fast because stability is affected by speed of stack inserters
