Miminal city block design. Contains the city block for 1 to 3 input materials (with the last station for train fueling), which disable each other if a train is heading to them to prevent trains stopping in other chunks. Requires 1-1 trains, and the use of the secondary set of rails for use as a 'spine' system (the big intersections on the corners, the different roundabouts above/below and the rib-like rails on the left/right of a block of city blocks). The blueprints are designed to fill one chunk each exactly.
